In addition, we provide operational and systems consulting to identify training requirements and beneficial processes that help you implement and operate your systems more effectively. We offer multiple training plans designed to help you increase operational efficiency at your locations, saving you time and money.

 

 

 
Our most successful training plan is "Full Staff Training" which is held at your site. Full Staff Training is conducted prior to the activation of the system or just before an upgrade. It enables each of your staff members an opportunity to attend classes, which are lead by our own trainers. This training is typically conducted classroom style with seating and workstations for each attendee. Handouts, formal reviews, Q&A sessions and tests are available to increase each attendee’s learning potential. Your assigned MAI Canada Client Relations Manager, who assists you with the coordination of your installation, will design a specialized schedule that fits your needs.

Part of Full Staff Training is live support of your users with the new software. This includes the support of data input, the transition to the new application or version as well as a few days of hands-on assistance in a live environment.

Enterprises with corporate trainers or multiple locations to install might consider our "Train-the-Trainer" program. This program enables you to create your own training programs and materials that incorporate your specific policies and procedures into long-term training solutions for your enterprise. Train-the-Trainer typically transfers knowledge more rapidly to your internal resources and may reduce the total number person-days required for each installation.

In addition, specific courses are taught at MAI Canada office. These courses are designed to be effective “refresher” courses for your staff as well as to provide them with new knowledge about options or tips for more effective processing.

In addition to the system administrator training and support provided during your installation or upgrade, MAI Canada offers an in-depth, hands-on course for system utilities and interfaces. This course is designed to provide you with the tools and tips to maximize system use, manage system resources and protect your investment. It focuses specifically on system maintenance, configuration and commonly used system features and functions. Throughout the course you will learn many ways to access your data for better use and security.
